Location Data: We may collect information about your approximate location based on your IP address or more precise location if you grant us permission through your mobile device settings. This helps us show you relevant properties.

Display an Agent’s public-facing business information to Users.

Send you marketing communications (you can opt-out at any time).

With Agents: When you, as a User, choose to contact an Agent about a Listing, we will share your name and contact details with that Agent so they can respond to your inquiry.
With Users: Your Agent profile, including your name, company name, and contact information, will be visible to Users on the Platform.
With Third-Party Service Providers: We may share your data with vendors who perform services for us, such as cloud hosting (e.g., AWS), analytics (e.g., Google Analytics), and customer support.
For Legal
Reasons: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or a government agency).
Business Transfers: If Zegicon is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred.
